With the assistance of my guides and helping spirits, I create a very sacred and safe space for my clients to feel welcomed, seen, heard, and witnessed as they embark on their journey into healing in whatever area of their life they are wanting to address. Using shamanic life coaching, I provide my clients with insights and tools that bring more clarity and peace into their lives. I am passionate about teaching my clients shamanic tools and techniques so that they feel empowered by being able to receive guidance directly from their own compassionate helping spirits and ancestors, which assists them in creating powerful and healing change in their lives.
The space that is created assists people with their journey, whatever it may be. For some it may be a challenging life issue such as dealing with chronic illness, the loss of a loved one, difficult relationships, discovering their life's purpose, or how to cope with the stress in their
lives. For others it may be that they are seeking spiritual guidance and understanding into their empathic experiences. Some may wish to learn shamanic tools to gain a deeper understanding into life issues they may be facing. Others may need a place to feel seen and heard, to address heartbreak, sorrow, grief, or other difficult challenges.
I offer spiritual life coaching from the shamanic perspective while deeply honoring the clients personal spirital path. This may include listening deeply to what you share, offering guidance I recieve for you from my helping spirits, creating guided meditations, and more. I offer many resources to assist you in your daily journey. Sometimes that looks like homework or suggestions for self-care to help facilitate your process. Above all I work with you in the spirit of co-creation. Listening to your needs and matching that with guidance from the compassionate helping spirits.
Ultimately my goal is to assist you in remembering that you have the ablitiy within yourself to heal, whatever that means to you. To learn and grow; to recognize your worth and the magick that is within you, and to remember and reconnect you to your power.
I've been an ordained Minister with Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards (SHES) since 2005. I have been a shamanic practitioner since 2001.
I studied at North Idaho College and received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic Design. It had been my goal to become a graphic designer, but life had different plans for me. Diagnosed with a chronic illness, my life changed drastically and what I thought I had wanted was stripped away from being any kind of possibility in my life. I mourned that life. At one point I remembered that I never wanted to be a graphic designer. I wanted to be an artist, even as a small child. In my mind, graphic design was only a way to have a paying job. Searching for meaning as to why this chronic illness was placed into my life, I have come know that it put me on the path of my true life purpose.
Through my own personal healing journey, the chronic illness has become my greatest teacher. It set me on a path of self discovery, looking within, and being open to alternative ways of healing while also being under the care of my doctor and several health care providers. Because of this, I was introduced to shamanic healing practices and journeying, along with many other modalities of healing that have been helpful in my recovery process such as energy medicine, flower essences, naturopathy, accupunture, massage therapy, chiropractic, nutrition, self-care practices and more.
The path that my life has taken is more than I had dreamed for myself at one time. It was never on my radar to share these shamanic tools with others. I began teaching workshops and working with clients in 2013. Along with offering workshops, classes, and life coaching, I combine my shamanic experience with the creating of art. I also teach others how to create using shamanic techniques for inspiration.
I am beyond grateful that I get to combine my two great loves of shamanic practice and art. Creating art, for me, is a spiritual practice. A meditation. It quiets my mind and fills it with visions of what could be and what is possible. Revealing to me what is not known. Bringing hope. Connecting me to the Divine. Seeing what others may not. Taking these visions and pulling them into this world into something real and tangible is a magickal act. I Am a Creatrix. A woman who brings forth the vision, creating it with my hands and heart, then birthing it into this world. I love sharing with others how to do this too.
Knowing that the Universe and the Divine supports me in every way, my prayer continues to be "this or something better".
