Each month, join me for journey group. The practice of journeying has many benefits, some of which may include increased feelings of well-being and relaxation, a reduction in stress and anxiety while creating more balance and clarity in your life.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a pillow or mat if you want to sit or lay on the floor, a blanket if you want to be cozy, a blindfold, and a journal. There will also be chairs available.
Journey Group is open to everyone and does not require any prior training to join in and experience this practice. If you’ve been wondering about journeying, this is a great way to be introduced to it! This is also suitable for people who have had previous journey training.
A $10 love donation is suggested to help with the cost of supplies and materials. Any energy that is contributed to help this work grow is greatly appreciated. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Journey groups that fall on a holiday will be either rescheduled or skipped for the month.
